From the pioneering days of the region to its place on the world stage, Gibbston Valley is celebrated for Pinot Noir that speaks vividly of its alpine landscape, schist soils, and cool southern latitude.
On Monday 15 September, 6pm, Chris will guide you through a curated line‑up of single vineyard expressions — each a snapshot of place and season — alongside a few other delicious surprises from the Gibbston Valley cellar. In this intimate setting, you’ll hear first‑hand how his thoughtful, hands‑off approach lets the land shine in every glass.
