About The Event
At tītī, we look to the ocean and land that surrounds us to find inspiration for our cuisine. Our menus evolve gradually within each season, frequently changing to celebrate produce at their peak. We work closely with our local farmers and suppliers to source the freshest produce available, and then prepare our menu to suit.
Our aim is to use local, organic produce as much as possible. This approach, along with our style of serving, helps reduce food waste in our restaurant and pollution for the planet.
We love to provide our guests with an experience, the moment they sit down at their table. Our ever-changing “trust the chef” menu at dinner time allows guests to submerge into our unique flavour combinations.Wine & Food Match:
For this year’s “Taste Organic Otago” – Event we have chosen to showcase the Mount Edward – Pinot Blanc, Quartz Reef – Chardonnay and Carrick – Pot de Fleur as part of our wine match surrounding the surprise dishes.
